North Huyton Communities Future

At the heart of North Huyton you’ll find NHCF’s community centres, led by local organisations.

For nearly two and a half decades, North Huyton Communities Future (NHCF) has been dedicated to improving the lives of North Huyton residents through housing, education, health and community safety interventions as well as promoting youth and community engagement.

What began with leading Knowsley’s New Deal for Communities (NDC) programme, NHCF’s work has grown into a long-term mission to create a proud, connected community where everyone can flourish.

Through NHCF’s Small Change, Big Difference scheme, around a dozen local groups currently receive funding each year.

Community Centres

Besides project managing the major redevelopment of housing in North Huyton, NHCF own two community centres managed by local community organisations, providing a host of fun activities for local residents on a weekly basis.
