Governance

The NHCF Board is made up of 11 members: 6 area resident representatives (Finch House rep currently vacant), 2 KMBC ward councillors and three defined strategic representatives (KHT (vacant), Neighbourhood Network, Faith Community (vacant)).

The Board meets to monitor progress of its major housing programme, its community commissions, its finances and to discuss potential needs and opportunities.

Structure
The organisation is a company limited by guarantee which is also a registered charity.

In addition the structure hold a trading arm Community Interest Company known as North Huyton New Future Ltd which is looking at the potential of delivering local service contracts.
