NOTICE OF MEETING

 

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of North Huyton Communities Future will be held at The Gate Community Centre, 600 Princess Drive, Huyton, L14 9NQ on Thursday 17th December 2015 at 11am and the following business will be carried out:

  1. Confirmation of directors
  2. Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2015 to be laid before the members.
  3. Vote on the following resolutions
Resolution 1

Adopt the Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2015

Resolution 2

Reappoint HW Chartered Accountants as Auditors

Resolution 3

Reappoint Anthony Collins Solicitors and Levins Solicitors as Company Solicitors

Resolution 4

Reappoint Butterworth Spengler and Endsleigh as Company Insurance Brokers
